Our drop-in family activities are FREE with entry and are available on certain dates.

Open to children of all ages but are particularly appropriate for those aged 6 to 10.

Relaxed Opening

On the second Saturday of every month, we host a Relaxed Opening for anyone who would like to explore the Bridge in a calm, tranquil atmosphere, including people with autism and other neurodiverse needs, as well as their siblings, families, friends and carers.

Families are able to explore the Towers and Engine Rooms in a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

Visit again for free

With a Family Activities Pass you can attend Family Activities Days for the next six months for free.

North Lift closures

Due to scheduled maintenance work, the North Tower lift will be out of service from 13 January 2025 to early March. Stairs to the High-Level Walkways will be available as normal.

There will be an alternative accessible route available using the South Tower lift. This is 650 metres away and you will need to cross the road. See this useful map with access information:

A great day out for families requires more than just fun things to do! Below is some information to help your day run smoothly. 

Can we bring our buggy inside?

Tower Bridge is fully accessible for buggies, with lift access to all levels. We do not have a buggy storage area. 

Do you have baby change facilities?

Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible toilets located in the South Tower and the Engine Rooms. 

Where can I feed my baby?

You are welcome to feed your baby in any area of the Bridge.

If you prefer some privacy, please speak to a member of our team, who can direct you to one of our quiet rooms.

Please note we do not have bottle warming facilities.

Do you have a cafe?

We do not have a café but you are welcome to eat and drink your own food inside the attraction. Please do not bring nuts.  

I live locally, do you have anything special for us?

If you live in Southwark, Tower Hamlets or the City of London you are eligible for our reduced entry Community Ticket, costing £1 per person.
